Best agent in Brisbane - Hands Down!!!
I came across Peter's profile amongst other candidates who had similar experience with Brisbane City apartments. The differentiation factor why we engaged Peter over other sales consultants was his ability to understand our requirements, not just market knowledge. More so, he didn't try to push the idea of running a full marketing campaign like the other consultants. We weren't in a hurry to sell and the idea of throwing out $3K to $5K to run ads on realestate.com.au didn't justify the potential ROI (Return on Investment). Peter was happy to go along with our idea and used his pool of buyers and interested parties from their Open House. Velocity was slow at the start with Brisbane first lockdown but momentum soon returned. We received a number of offers from various parties, most of them being the lower end with people comparing it to recent sales. At the five week mark, we came to know that an elderly couple had fallen in love with our apartment. This is where Peter shined, he handled the negotiations very professionally. At no point did I feel pressured to cave in with any offer that was presented. I had a predetermined figure that we would let the property go, otherwise we'll hold on to it. We settled on a number that I was comfortable, $40K above a similar apartment that sold a month prior in the same complex.
Peter, thank you again for all your hard work.
