Agent was so unclear about the property,he said this house is going through probate and all process has been finished and just have to go through court but when we signed contract.we got the know that nothing has been done.we signed our contract in October and just probate was filed in January end.It was frustrating as agents was not even responding our mail.once contract is signed JKL don’t care anymore as I found very poor customer service.I regret going through them.

Not living in Forster meant choosing an agent was an interesting exercise. We visited a few agents and settled on JKL and Erin due to her enthusiasm to represent us, her local knowledge and strong sales strategy. We received regular updates and feedback from Open House showings. In the end we had the property sold in about 6 weeks. My only concern was that we had to lower our price considerably to achieve the sale and might have done better with a little more advocacy and pressure on the buyer to offer higher. All in all a reliable agent, a reputable agency and a strong sales strategy got the job done with a smile. Thanks Erin and JKL Forster.
