Alex at JKL in Forster was both professional and relaxed. He communicated his advice and also listened to my feedback. We eventually achieved a sale price I was happy with. I’m a happy client! :)

From the get go, Carlie has been nothing short of amazing. Through out the experience she has been professional, kept us in the loop every step of the way and made the selling experience for us so easy. Her portfolio of clients and knowledge of the market ensured she was able to secure a buyer for the unit, with it not even being on the market a week, and for over asking price. Thanks again Carlie!

Carlie Basham is an absolute superstar sales person. More importantly though, she is a great communicator and focused on the needs of her clients. I would very happily recommend Carlie to others wishing to get their homes sold and can't thank her enough for her professionalism and support.

Carlie honestly blew our expectations out of the water. Carlie’s knowledge of the local area and insight in to the market is second to none. She managed to sell our unit in less than a week and for over our asking price. Her communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal and after working with her, we know we will only work with her in the future. We are so glad we chose Carlie as our Agent. Thanks for all of your hard work Carlie!
