Market knowledge! Cridibility! Negotiation! It would be much better to understand the vendor circumstances, to fight harder for the price of the property, however, my buyer did come back for my property when I refused to settle for $480,000

Carlie went above and beyond. We have been following the market at Forster for three years and during this time, Carlie has 'stuck' by us...never giving up on us. Carlie is patient, loyal and understanding. We would recommend Carlie to anyone wanting to purchase property at Forster/Tuncurry and surrounding districts.

My experience with Alex has been that throughout the process he has attempted to keep me appraised as to what was happening, he has also been most courteous and punctual. He returns calls/messages and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Carlie was a pleasure to meet....we had no appointment with her....but only 2 days to look around the area....she showed us the places that fitted what we were looking for, and gave us great service which resulted in a purchase.

Alex was a pleasure to deal with at all times. He served the vendor well and his responsiveness and integrity put the purchaser at ease and, in my experience, kept negotiations open when otherwise they may have died.
