Carlie Basham sold our unit at North St Forster within 4 weeks. She priced the property higher than other agents and indicated the anticipated sale price that we could expect. The settlement price was within the band that she had advised. At no time were we pressured to accept any offer. From our experience with Carlie and JKL they both gave the service we had hoped for. I wish Carlie every success in the future, Sydney Lever Syd had negotiated with Carlie to sell the unit in Forster. Not long after that he had serious health issues. When he was hospitalised and there needed to be answers to questions Carlie at no time subjected me or him to any type of pressure. At all times I found her respect of the situation to be one of a high professional standard and the whole matter was attended to without Syd having to have any concerns about the sale. I was most impressed with her abilities and sensitivity to our situation.
