The time came for us to sell our house in Ormeau, and after hearing only good things about Morgan and the team at JMO, we booked in an appointment with Morgan at our home. Morgan was extremely professional from the word go and made us feel comfortable from the first meeting. He was honest and upfront, and went the extra mile to help guide us. He was happy to answer any of our questions at all times of the day. He was prompt and was able to achieve a price above what we believed was possible. He managed to do this before our house even hit the market. Although there were some hurdles (from the buyers side), Morgan was quick to come up with solutions. He would update as with everything promptly, and helped communicate with our solicitors making the whole ordeal less stressful.
