Morgan had a great knowledge of the market and the area. He was understanding to what was important to us in regards to the sale and how it would be marketed. Morgan and his team were amazing from start to finish with the appraisal and then sale of our family home. They worked around our busy schedules, answered any and all questions we had no matter how small. When my partner and I decided to sell our house, I made a few phone calls to agents to explain what we were looking for noting there wasn’t much that ticked all our boxes on the market at that time. As soon as I got in touch with Morgan, I could tell he really listened to what we were wanting and was thinking straight away on how he could help. He told me he thought he might know a property that would tick our boxes - and that he did. The property was about to hit market and he showed us through and we instantly fell in love.
