Morgan was the sellers agent for the property we purchased. Morgan was an amazing help throughout the whole process. Genuinely kind, and he frequently went out of his way to assist us. Being a local resident: he was able to provide some great insights into the suburb, and housing costs. If I buy another house: I will definately use jmo Real-estate again.

I never write reviews but in special cases, I do make the effort. From our first meeting with Oliver he supported us with giving us all relevant information and ensured that we knew exactly what to do and when. Morgan was available to us when we needed and replied promptly when we had questions. Morgan achieved a record street price, which was above our expectations. After the property went unconditional Morgan was still there by our side going over and above to make the sale a smooth transaction. We highly recommend Morgan and his team.

Morgan was amazing during the recent sale of my property, his knowledge and professionalism were second to none. He was always on time, provided advice when needed (including recommending a conveyancer) and regularly provided updates and feedback. I will definitely be using Morgan again for any future sales.

As a property investor living in Sydney, NSW. Morgan was my go-between for the sale of my property in QLD. He acted as if this was his own house that he wanted to sell. Without a doubt, Morgan went beyond my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone selling. Thank you Morgan for making the selling process faultless. Appreciate all your hard work and efforts.

to sell your property, Morgan lives in Jacobs Ridge he has first hand knowledge of this estate and wants every home owner to achieve the best price for Ormeau, when I chose JMO I wanted to use them because Morgan owns the Company & he lives on the estate he doesn't have sales people who are not vested in getting Jacobs Ridge real estate price up there. Let's be honest it's a beautiful place to live & so family oriented great walking & parks it's all on the door step. Keep up the great work Morgan if your looking to sell get a local who cares about the area & getting the price up there. We found Morgan to be honest & he listened to our needs Morgan is always available to take your call & keeps you up to date on how the sale is progressing 10/10 .

JMO Property Group sold our house in Ormeau in just 17 days and achieved a record price for the street. Morgan is a true professional and really made the sale process a breeze for all involved. We found Morgan offered a much higher standard of marketing and I think that his dedication to supporting the local community is what makes JMO Property Group the best real estate agent in Ormeau. If buying or selling property on the Northern Gold Coast I highly recommend JMO property.

We first met Morgan when he sold our neighbours house. We knew after meeting Morgan that we would engage his services when the time came to sell our home. Morgan is approachable, friendly, market knowledgeable, reliable, contactable and he makes you feel at ease with the process of selling your home. Not only that Morgan and his family are local to Ormeau and their passion for our lovely community is extremely evident.
