I met Morgan at the open home for the house I have purchased and he was informative and knowledgeable about the property. Later the same day Morgan followed up with a message asking if I had any questions, he was also transparent with disclosing an offer received from another buyer. He prepared the contract quickly and when I informed him of some errors in the contract he made corrections to it promptly. He followed up with me about booking a building and pest inspection, so this condition of the contract was met within seven days. Morgan also liaised with the sellers regarding repairs I requested before settlement, based on defects identified during the building and pest inspection.
