It was a pleasure dealing with Joan during the recent sale of my property. Every time I had contact with her, from the initial consultation right up until settlement, I found Joan to be available and attentive to my needs and questions. If she could not immediately answer a call then she called back promptly, usually within minutes! Many agents would have used the original, lower figure as the price agreed to by the client, knowing this lower price would easily get them a quick, low-work sale and a quick commission then move onto the next sale.
