Very kind and understanding

Joan is efficient and well organised, Joan’s sale approach is authentic and sincere.
Joan has been excellent to deal with when we found the property. We wanted to look at it straight away and Joan was available so she’s right there and then for us to have access the property. Joan gave us great insight to the property and what happened or what’s been happening with it and the different processes we need to go through into purchasing the property. Joan was very authentic, real and sincere in her sales approach which I really appreciated.

Amazing from start to finish!
We had a very challanging journey from 3 young children to having to change dates throughout the sale, Joan was nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process. The new owners surprised us with a last minute inspection and Joan came out and helped tidy for an hour and a half. Unbelievable from the owner of a business that would be very busy! Will be the only agent we use. Thank you again Joan!
