Right form the time of contacting Zoran he went out of his way to provide information on the market and where we sit in regards to our house. Zoran was very clear & precise with his information & happy to go over any details to ensure we were all on the same page. He was always available by phone or visiting us personally. He regularly called at the house, providing encouragement as we carried out the renovations, praising our efforts & advising on where efforts could be spent for the best outcome. Zoran regularly brought some nice hot coffees & a bright smile which gave us a very welcome break & quite a boost to keep us going. Wonderful touch, thanks! During the sale of the house Zoran was constantly in touch by phone & email to advise on open house results & prospective purchasers. It is very refreshing to have someone so professional & yet so down to earth. Thanks for the excellent service.
