I wanted to thank Garry and Anthony for their help with the sale of our rural property. We decided to go with a local agent as these sales tend to be very different to a city or suburban sale. The team showed a strong understanding of the area and buying conditions, and were able to line our open homes up with other listings that they had in the region... an important consideration when people were travelling up to 2 hours for a 30-minute open home!
