Fantastic Service & Communication
Jane and the rental team have been fantastic, finding a tenant for us in less than 24 hours from listing and provided a very thorough inspection report with photos of every corner of our house. Not the cheapest property manager in town but as Jane said, you get what you pay for and it's great working with a local family business who are local experts, with service and communication that can't be faulted. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship with our investment and as our portfolio grows I wouldn't hesitate using John Cook again.

The right team for me
John Cook Real Estate has managed a couple of properties for me for over 10years.
