Rob brought all potential buyers together very quickly and the sale was concluded within a few days
Rob's local knowledge helped develop a strategy that was in the best interest for selling the property as a unique location and opportunity. This allowed the property to be viewed only over a couple of days and sold at the conclusion of the viewing. The sale of the property was also above the asking price which was a fantastic outcome.
