A few months ago we decided to sell a home in Trafalgar. I spoke to people from estate agents both from in Trafalgar. and from and Moe and Warragul. They all gave estimates of value and were friendly enough. I have had no experience in selling property so decided to go with locals and thought that Peter Heathcote from John Kerr sounded like he knew what he was talking about. When I called into their Trafalgar office I met Anthea Wood who was also very helpful in explaining how it all worked. The home is now sold and I must say that I am really pleased with the way they kept me informed of progress. They made time for a chat when I rang or called in to ask silly questions. The home sold sooner than I thought it would and at a price spot on Peters estimate. Overall my family and I are very happy we went with Anthea and Peter. I’m not one for beating around the bush and your no fuss, get the job done attitude helped take the hassle out of selling the property.
