Knowing I was homeless with children and making empty promises to then move in and find out none of the gas lines or fitting were compliant and to Australian standards, there was a gas leak and the oven exploded. I then went to find out why the power kept stripping to discover that all the electrical in the fuse box is illegal and the electrician is wondering how the hell the house hasn’t burnt down yet…

During the sale of our family home of many years, Iris gave us practical feedback and guidance while also respecting our choices, decisions and privacy.
