It is with much satisfaction that I dealt with Iris and team for the sale of my later mother’s estate . From the first appointment to the final sale Iris handles the whole matter with thoughtfulness, thoroughness and much energy. I would highly recommend Iris to anyone wishing to buy or sell real estate . From the bottom of my heart is wish you all the best for your ongoing success of your business .

Fayth was the selling agent on the property we recently purchased in Piccadilly. She was extremely helpful in finding us trades for the pest and building inspections and made it so easy for us in our purchase. Furthermore, as we are interstate buyers she helped with the final inspection and made time that was suitable for the tenants, and was very thorough in her inspection that was conducted on video call. She’s a great communicator and is so helpful and I would highly rate her as an agent.
