Review of Iris Haynes
Iris Haynes acted as my real estate agent in the purchase of a property that suffered a number of complications due solely to a marriage dissolution. Despite this she managed to resolve all issues, in a professional and caring manner until settlement was achieved. I have dealt with many agents over many years in the purchase of a number of investment properties and I consider Iris to be in the top echelon of those I`ve been a client of. If Iris is not the agent for the next property we purchase I can only hope that the selling agent is as capable, with the same dedication to quality client service. Thank you so much Iris. Mission Impossible Complete
Trying to sell an older house that needed a lot of TLC in not an ideal market seemed like it would never happen, especially as we are no longer in town to be on top of things, but Iris got it done! She persisted, followed up everything, communicated well and got us an acceptable price.

Easy, well communicated and professional making selling simplified for interstate owner
Iris has a great knowledge of the local Kalgoorlie market and was excellent to deal with from start to finish. As interstate owners we required someone who would take lead and provide good communication. Iris far exceeded our expectations for communication during the sale of our property. Iris kept the process simple without compromise to any of the important details, providing sound advice and reassurance throughout the sales process and assisting with last minute arrangements for property before settlement.
