I got to see the house after it had been on the market less than a day , I was able to get reports done within a week and got an offer in straight away .As a first time buyer Iris definitely has the knowledge of what’s what and she worked around times to suit my working hours or days off . I will start off by saying, this sale, although difficult due to distance (We live in Perth, house was in Kalgoorlie), was made extremely easier with Iris. Iris was always informative, honest and always kept us up to date on the whole situation. Got onto things straight away, did everything she could, to help us. And just made selling a house, that much better. We even switched the rental we have over to john matthew and sons because of her. I would Highly recommend Iris.
