Jacinta provided me with realistic price range in which to market my property which was also in line with my own expectations. We agreed to advertise the property above that upper limit. Following the first open house, Jacinta advised me on the Monday morning of an offer from a potential purchaser which was above the original recommended price range. By Monday afternoon Jacinta negotiated a further increased offer which I accepted and which was several thousands above my expectations. I could not be happier. Perhaps I was lucky the right buyer came along at the right time, but I also believe Jacinta had contact with a number of purchasers wanting homes in that price range so I always felt confident the house would sell at an acceptable price.
