Luke was exceptional! Even though Luke was away for a short time during the process, nothing was missed. Luke and Jason did everything we could ask for, they answered our stupid first home buyer questions, gave us regular updates without being overbearing and were super friendly and knowledgeable. I chose Luke Foley from John Mooney Real Estate as he had other properties listed in the area. Luke's knowledge of the local area, the current market and the local council was exceptional and he helped us select a realistic yet competitive price for our property. Although our marketing occurred over the Christmas period, it wasn't long until we had a number of interested buyers. Luke was really helpful and understanding in organising inspections of the property with plenty of notice given. In the end, we achieved a good price for our property in a very short time. Jason was the first to reply to us about purchasing a house, he worked tirelessly to help us and explained everything about the property we were interested in, he worked around us for the viewing as we are 4 hour's away and he should us late on a Saturday afternoon.. I purchased the property through John Mooney Realestate about 6 or 7 years ago. They were the managing agent during this time. The property was well looked after by them. Any maintenance was taken care of immediately. Their service and professionalism went without question. When I went to sell the property, their advice was accurate and helpful.
