He advised several times earlier that the market conditions were not favourable to sell, which was information that we appreciated from interstate. His market knowledge was fantastic and when he felt the time was right to list the property he then secured a buyer who offered full asking price extremely quickly. He worked with the property manager to secure a quality tenant prior to listing the property and then throughout the process he remained in constant contact with both ourselves and the tenant.
