Over 20 years ago I purchased a Defence Housing Australia (DHA) property as an investment, which I decided to sell this year. I selected Jason Kelly as my agent. The initial reason I selected Jason was before I committed he was able to provide deep insights into Glenfield Park through insightful reports and discussions. This gave me great confidence as I am based in Sydney and didn't know the local market. At all times Jason went above and beyond in the level of service he and John Mooney Real Estate provided. In the end the sale price was within the price band first discussed. I really enjoyed interacting with Jason and can honestly say the service level experience I received was well beyond my expectations. I didn't think any real estate transactions could be enjoyable.
