after having several attempts with other dodgy agents to sell with the property on the market for almost 6 months listening to a lot of waffle from those agents, we decided to go with our original instinct and eventually we listed with Scott Reid, within a week the property was sold., we should have done that in the first place but were initially put off when he wouldnt negotiate on commission., but as it turned out, there was a good reason for that, he was worth every cent because he knew what he was doing. i would have to say to anyone looking for an agent, choose based on skills, experience and expertise., we would thoroughly recommend Scott, he did a great job.
