Inspections
We do not receive any notification apart from through the portal about inspections. I dont go into the portal without reason and this can cause them to be missed. Need a better system

Super easy
Jayde at Jones & Co has been fantastic. This is the first time I’ve used a property manager, and it has been a very easy, very smooth process - and I had tenants signed up less than a week from listing. Would highly recommend.

Great Agency!
The team at Jones and Co provide a terrific and personal service in managing our rental property. Jayde is fantastic and our new manager Saskia is equally great. The team are quick to respond, provide excellent property reports and respond quickly and professionally at all times. Very highly recommended, I note also the team sell quite a few properties in the Bassendean area so a very complete property management suite of services.

Informed and fluid
The process of renting was easy. From inspection i was informed of best way to apply. Following that the responses and information was fluid. I got approval for 4 properties but Jones was a day earlier in response than the other 3 agencies. Other queries and communications were also responded to in good time with the desired outcome achieved.

Excellent service
Jayde was fabulous. There were quite a few jobs to be done to prepare property for tenants, and Jayde was super efficient getting quotes/communicating with me/arranging for contractors to complete works and promptly getting tenants for the property. Very pleased with Jones & Co team.
