Kelly and Demi are a pleasure to deal with. On the buy-side we found Kelly to be extremely professional and her demeanour put us immediately at ease. She listened carefully to our questions and provided considered answers and advice which made the process of buying simple and stress free. Kelly does not adopt the irritating high pressure sales techniques employed by other real estate agents, she provides impartial information and facts, enabling both the buyer and seller to make their own informed decisions. This was very much appreciated. Demi was also extremely diligent in her interactions with us. She ensured the property was handed over in a clean condition and that all minor house issues were rectified prior to settlement. Jones & Co arranged for a plumber to come in a fix a jammed sink plug at their own expense. Demi personally went the extra mile by removed dog poop from the rear garden and side path prior to settlement. Clearly this was not her responsibility (or in her job description!) but she did it regardless to ensure the property was handed over to us in a clean state.
