After meeting with a couple of agents we were still undecided, then along came Jonny Warren. After sitting down with Jonny we instantly fell in love with this guy. He started off by listening to our story (because every home has a story) then he asked what we were expecting in the sale of our home. Jonny then explained to us what the market was doing, the best way to sell our home which was auction and the marketing. When we finished speaking to Jonny my wife and I felt so confident and relaxed, we decided to be the very first auction for Jonny Warren Real estate. Jonny's knowledge of the market is spot on everything he said he would deliver he did and more. His marketing ideas are unbelievable, the time and effort put into the pictures and video was what I believe greatly contributed to us getting way more than what was expected at auction. During the advertising period there wasn't a day go by where he would call us everyday or just drop in to update us or just to see how we were going. Now that we have sold our home we still remain friends.
