Shattering Expectations

Luke's market knowledge and win-win attitude saw us sell as planned, within the agreed campaign period, in a very uncertain market. An excellent communicator with deep, well-earned expertise, Luke negotiated hard on our behalf while keeping the whole process ethical and stress-free. We adjusted the campaign as the market required and got the deal done, no fuss, no stress. Great advice, and great result.

Trent has managed our property for 13 years, and was always easy to deal with and very helpful with advice. Property was always tenanted with good tenants. When it came time to sell Trent very quickly organised some painting and carpeting, advised us on likely sales price, and the property was sold within a few weeks. Can’t ask for more!
