A step above the rest

We worked with JRE when renting a townhouse in Gymea and the whole process was not only seamless but we were also made to feel like valued clients. Kimberley was prompt, attentive, efficient and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable in the process of moving into our new home. Anytime a request is made for a repair, the works are undertaken immediately and always with a smile on her face. In all our years of renting, we’ve never dealt with a property manager like this. Having owned and rented, we’ve seen both sides of the coin and it is far more common to be treated less than, being a renter - not for one second have we been made to feel that way with Kimberley. The staff in the office are always incredibly friendly and accomodating too. Other estate agents need to learn a few things from JRE! 5 star experience!

Excellent Managing Agent

The managing agent, Natalie, has been a pleasure to work with. They are always reliable with understanding situations, reviewing concerns, attending to maintanence requests and assisting with any general enquiries that I have had. I would recommend any potential tenant or landlord to employee the expertise and skills for Natalie to be their managing agent or refer any potential tenant to apply for a property managed by her. Highly recommend!

Natalie is very professional,kind,and great communication 10/10 for me 🙌🏻

She is very professional in her field of expertise, her communication skills are awesome ,being Irish I can be difficult to understand at times lol but she had no issues, understood everything, and our overall experience with JRE has been fantastic, lovely apartment and in a awesome location 10/10 guys 😉👌🏼
