JT Allen - Josh - genuine honest agent
It’s hard to come across a genuinely honest agent who has your interests at heart! Josh and his team were exceptional. Josh gave us honest advice prior to us putting our house on the market never pressuring us to sell and guiding us when the right time would be. When we were ready he moved quickly with our timelines. Josh is a genuine agent which is hard to come across. He communicated with us honestly through out the campaign, never pressuring us. Josh really went above and beyond when he secured us our next home in a matter of days. We can’t recommend Josh and his team enough and would definitely use Josh - JT Allen again!

Terrific agent!

Aims High, Delivers High!
Unlike most agent, Josh reviewed the property as very high, I have to say initially I went with a different agent, who could not sell it at the recommended price Josh came in, rated the flat at a higher price, I thought he was just trying to get a sale but gave him the rights to sell it Within a week he managed to sell my property, he started negotiating with the buyer low and then just went high without me interfering, achieving the price he quoted me I would not hesitate to go anywhere else. He aims high, delivers what he says

A totally professional agent

A really positive, stress-free vendor experience
We highly recommend Joshua Allen and have done so to several of our friends. In an industry with a tough reputation, we found dealing with Josh to be hugely refreshing. Amazing Agent!!
