Jay has sold a couple of properties for myself and another family member recently. Accommodates customers and makes time to do what has to be done to find a buyer / seller the best suitable solution in an efficient timeframe. Sold my house for a great result before reaching the market, in fact so quickly sale agreed upon prior to completion of some small finishing touches to renovations were complete. Couldn’t recommend Jay as an agent any more highly. Actually bought the house that I sold from Jay originally so can recommend as a buyer and seller was very satisfied with the service provided.
