We sold 3 properties in the last 4 years using JTS. We found Tiffany and Jay and all the staff very professional. Their advise was spot on, they did not tell us what they thought we wanted to hear like other agents. They told us to be patient and we wound achieve the desire results and we did in all 3 sales. The end sale price in all 3 properties was higher than what other agents suggested.
