We rang Jay the previous day out of the blue just to have a look at the property. Jay made himself available the very next morning, we looked through the property with Jay pointing out the features and demonstrating his vast knowledge of the area and the house . Jay was honest in his communications about the house which we appreciated , this came into our decision making , a follow up call the next day to clarify some questions and we made the offer.
