I spoke with Jay and his staff several times during the transaction. They were very professional.
We put a property up for sale. We had been recommended to Jay and so we placed the property sale in his hands. He advised within one week that he had a buyer and at the asking price. He recommended a conveyancing solicitor and we went ahead. The contract arrived within a few days, was exchanged within two weeks and settlement within six weeks. The whole process was effortless. We would highly recommend Jay as a sale agent.
