Prompt quality service with absolutely no pressure
Jay showed us a few property’s and at no point was there any pressure felt in purchasing. I felt that Jay had a broad knowledge of the area and talking with Jay was so easy. We felt very comfortable with Jay and by the time Jay left us it felt like we’d known him for a long time. After Jay had left us to have a further look around the property and discuss matters further we decided to buy that afternoon. Jay gave us a rough idea on what the vendors expectations regarding price was and we came to a very fair outcome very quickly.
