Mick clearly explained where he thought our property would fit and the buyer profile that would be interested in the property. He is well spoken and confident in his business, and knew what strategy he would employ for the best outcome for all parties. Obviously this paid off achieving a great result for us in a reasonable amount of time, ie not being on the market too long becoming a stale listing, and with a happy buyer. at a price point we were happy with. I have no hesitation in recommending Mick and his team when selling or buying a property, his market knowledge, communication and experience is, I believe, the reason we achieved a great no fuss smooth sale of our Bermagui property.
