This is the 7th year in which I have opted to continue with Jump Property Management. Their track record of prompt contact in dealing with maintenance, use of quality tradesmen for any jobs that might arise and liaising with tenants re external work such as NBN set-up is excellent. Their periodic property inspections are thorough and well documented. Their monthly and annual owners reports re incomings and expenses are well set out and easy to check. Overall - I am highly satisfied and recommend Jump Property Management to any property owner.
