Above and Beyond!

From the start Gabriel stood out as by far the best Agent for selling my Unit in the CBD. It was clear that he understood the value of my Unit within the market and was able to advise on renovations that would add value and help the sales process. When it came time for listing he already had buyers lined up and an amazing offer was received the first weekend. Within the building Gabriel has always managed to secure the best prices for sellers and has outperformed all other agents. The process from offer to settlement was smooth and Gabriel handled all the little issues that arose with care, professionalism, and charm. Further, Gabriel was always available to go through things and was more than happy to follow my somewhat extended time period. There was no pressure to get my Unit listed until I was ready to go ahead. Communication was first class as was his attention to detail and professionalism. The support from his team at Junction Estate Agents was also first rate. A pleasure to deal with and would wholeheartedly recommend Gabriel to anyone thinking of selling in Brisbane CBD.
