This significantly reduced the amount of time I needed to dedicate to the sale, as I did not live in the area. Raza was always available and always answered his phone, including after hours, as required. What really struck me about Raza was his approach to selling my property, by finding a buyer where the property perfectly met their needs, and also was right for the rental pool managers and at the right price for myself.
