There are good real estate agents, there are great real estate agents… and then there is him. I honestly don’t think five stars are enough to describe the experience we have had working with him. We have now purchased three apartments with him, including our latest apartment in Brisbane, and every single time he has exceeded our expectations. He is not simply an agent he is someone who genuinely cares about his clients and makes their problems his own. He is incredibly proactive, resourceful, trustworthy and always one step ahead. He finds solutions before you even have time to worry about the problem. What impresses us the most is how far he is willing to go to help. He has supported us countless times with things that were completely outside his responsibility, simply because that is the kind of person he is. Nothing ever feels like “that’s not my job” with him. Buying property can be stressful, but having him by our side has made such a huge difference. We trust him completely, and after three properties together, I can genuinely say that I wouldn’t want to buy with anyone else. We would choose him again and again and again. If you are looking for an agent who will truly fight for you, look after you and go far beyond what you would ever expect from a real estate agent, he is the one. Without a doubt, the best agent we have ever worked with. An absolute dream and someone we recommend to everyone we know. Incredibly responsive, handled every challenge and went above & beyond to get the sale done
Gabriel was fantastic throughout the entire sale process. He was incredibly responsive, proactive and genuinely went above and beyond to get both the sale and settlement over the line. What really stood out was his willingness to find solutions when challenges arose. He even went out of his way to help find alternative accommodation for the existing tenant in order to satisfy both the buyer and lender requirements and keep the settlement on track. Gabriel is an excellent communicator, handles difficult conversations extremely well and isn’t afraid to go the extra mile to get the right outcome. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who is committed, responsive and gets things done.
