Who can walk in and identify the home's strengths immediately and promote it for you effectively, without feeling insecure about the people you are dealing with? I found Julie especially efficient in two main areas - qualifying potential buyers, which means she's working for the buyer equally as yourself, and her professional integrity. She consistently applied supportive but up front and clear communication skills, at ease and comfortable with promoting her personal work ethic. My confidence was instilled with seeing how she connects with buyers. I actually enjoyed the experience, rather than living with all the usual fears and apprehensions, due to Julie's great personality. Julie turned my daunting mission to one of ease.
