KC is very professional, has accurate insight into the market. He made both seller and buyer satisfied. He didn't let me move out the apartment before it's sold and when I asked him if the house-staging is needed, he replied me confidently that the real buyer won't just pay attention to the beautiful interior decoration and neglect the value of the apartment. And he's right! Also KC paid a lot of effort while selling the apartment, he opened the apartment for potential buyers 3-4 times a week, which was more than other agents usually do. He promised that he'll sell the apartment at a good price, he not only did it but also broke the price record set by himself. I'll definitely choose KC if I'm going to buy or sell a house in the future.

I’m very happy with my choice
I’m very happy with KC’s work. Before choosing KC, I consulted with several other agents but ultimately decided to go with KC. Since my property was being leased, we didn’t want to disrupt the tenant too much. I was pleasantly surprised that KC sold the property with only two brief inspections, thanks to his strong database.
