We had our unit up for sale with two different agents since March this year and didn't achieve a result. We decided to go ahead with Soren KPRS. who suggested that we take our unit off real estate .com for a couple of weeks, recommended that we hire furniture seeing that we didn't have tenants.The first open house 14 couple came though two interested buyers, the buyer we went with ended up paying a little more and settled in 7 days.
