I bought my apartment through Jim in 2007 because he was the only agent who actually listened to my requirements and then found the right place. I often saw him in the neighbourhood in subsequent years and in chatting to him realised just how much knowledge he had about the area. it was always a pleasure to speak to him, and I appreciated his unfailing courtesy. When it came time to sell I had no doubts about giving him the job, and he proceeded to get a price above what I expected despite prolonged and difficult negotiations. Cannot recommend him too highly!
