Both in the purchase and the sale of my property Lindsay exceeded my expectations and made the process incredibly easy. Where Lindsay really excelled was in the management of the property whilst tenanted. All issues were dealt with very efficiently and he was always available via text or phone for a chat. Always had a solution sorted before he contacted me with an issue. Any property I buy in the future will involve Lindsay as much as he will allow. Cannot recommend enough.

I would absolutely recommend Lindsay’s services to my friends and family. Lindsay was the property manager for my unit at Kangaroo Pt for some 10 years or so during which time he and his wife Alexandra did an excellent job. Just recently we decided to sell and we appointed Lindsay to be the selling agent. The property was sold within a couple of weeks and we received the price we were looking for. Lindsay did a great job. Very professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him and Kangaroo Point Residential for property management and sales within the Kangaroo Pr area.
