Having recently had a tenant move out of a rental property at a poor time of the year - just before Christmas - Creer kept on 'chasing' tenants for me. Thoughtful in their analysis of applicants, they were in constant contact with me re the various options during the re-tenancy process. Certainly inspired confidence.

As a landlord, the property management service that I have received from Creer has been outstanding in terms of both timely reporting of issues, strategic planning, and making sure any problems are 'nipped in the bud'. I would highly recommend them as a property manager to any landlord.

What a great Team Creer have working for me to find the best tenant for my property. Everyone is very nice to deal with, however a BIG shout out to Dayle who is my Senior Property Manager. Dayle and her support team would send me a text after each open inspection, providing stats on who attended and who would be applying, a follow up email was received the next business day. I had 2 properties vacant recently, both were leased within a fortnight. A GREAT result!

As our first experience in renting out a property through a Real Estate Agent, we found Larissa to be very pleasant, amiable & helpful. She got us tenants as asked for an enticing cost to us in a market that appeared to be a little overloaded. The first lot of photos displayed on line of 302 just could have been more appealing to a first time viewer. We look forward to liaising with Larissa in the future.

In early December, our long term tenants advised they were moving out on 17th December! Yikes. The prospect of a long term vacancy over the Christmas period seemed inevitable and really didn't give us the merry Christmas feels. Thankfully for us, our Property Manager Jess is so tenacious and was determined to do everything she could do to give us the best chance of leasing the house this side of Christmas. Battling open houses in silly season, we were lucky enough to get a few applicants. Jess reviewed each thoroughly and gave us open and candid feedback to help us select the best one for our property. While it was very stressful (mainly for Jess) she secured us a new family who moved into our home before Christmas, leaving us with only a 2 day vacancy! She also negotiated a slightly longer lease, moving the end date away from silly season in 12 months. As such, we can not thank or recommend Jess highly enough. She definitely went above and beyond for us.
