Experience to date
Only recently engaged with this agency . However to date the communication has been very good. Finding a new tenant that was suitable for our unit was also very quick and efficient, which took away all the stress given we were overseas at the time. Hopefully the future relationship with the agency will continue to be a good positive experience.

A Great Team
My husband and I have been using Creer as property managers since 2012. Over the years they have achieved high levels in all aspects of their service. Jace Youngberry, who has been our principle manager for the last 2 years, has kept us well informed with comprehensive routine inspection reports, prompt communication of tenant needs and property repairs and diligent follow up on any work that's been required. Jace's and Larissa Wood's advice in regard to rent levels has always found the right balance between return on our investment and full occupancy. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Creer's Department Manager Larissa. Larissa has recently leased my house to a suitable applicant within just two weeks. Communiction has been excellent, returning calls and emails promptly. Good advice and several emails with feedback (interest in the property) have been provided regarding our investment property.
