We rang Creer on a Saturday expecting to leave a message with reception for someone to ring us back the following week. Instead, we go to speak to Dayle who was very happy to speak to us at length about property management of our 2 rental properties. He was well informed about the rental market and advised us to advertise at a rental price about $100 to $150 more per week compared to 2 other agencies which we had approached prior. He agreed for us to write our own "blurb" for the online advertisements and he was accommodating about organising inspection times. We were in regular contact with Billie Schneeweiss who was prompt in answering texts, phone calls and emails. She understood any concerns we had and was quick to make amendments to the marketing campaign according to our preferences. She was diligent in getting things done and we had total confidence in her ability to ensure all steps were taken to achieve a quick and smooth process of signing up a good tenant. We felt Luke Frendo held our hand throughout this whole process and Billie was simply excellent. We signed up a tenant for one of properties after the first open house and the second tenant for our larger, more expensive property was signed up in slightly over a week. These were excellent results, achieving higher rental prices than other agencies had suggested in very short marketing campaigns. We felt heard, looked after, encouraged, reassured and completely satisfied by the team at Creer.
