Thank you so much to John and Angelo at Karalis Real Estate. Tenants are often treated poorly, milked like cows and left wanting when something needs repair or some issue requires attention. The Karalis team are quite the opposite. We actually enjoyed our rental inspections as the conversation was pleasant and any issues were promptly actioned. They work hard and it shows. Keep up the great work guys!

They would love to drop by uninvited all the time to "check to see how everything was going " we would ask to get things fix and a handy man would arrive unannounced. When it came to leave they tried there best to keep our bond and made us fix everything. We found out half way throught the lease a family member owned the property. So when it came to leave it felt impossible. If there was a small mark on the wall they asked for the whole wall to be repainted. If there was a stain on the terrible cheap flooring they asked for the whole house to get refloored. Before this I had no trouble ever leaving a property. Always got bond back and have a great reference. Most unprofessional and slimy agents ever do not recommend.
