Michael was a delight to work with. He wasn't at all pushy, but gave us (two complete newbies to property buying) all the information we needed and walked us through the process without ever making us feel less for not knowing something. On multiple occassions he contacted me with things I weren't even aware we needed to do or that the real estate agent even looked after! All in all, it was a lovely experience, and Michael made what could have been a stressful time a lot easier. I'd happily use both Michael and Karalis again.
